Dim lights

Helio Fred Garcia conducted a two-hour workshop for the communication staff of a national financial services firm on strategy and strategic thinking. 

There were 50 people in the auditorium where the workshop was conducted, and another 150 who participated via live video hook-up.  (We are grateful to our client, who gave permission to post the video but who asked for anonymity.)  Here's a three-and-a-half minute excerpt in which Fred frames the central discipline of strategic thinking.
