Helio Fred Garcia conducted a two-hour workshop for the communication staff of a national financial services firm on the art of writing the spoken word, to be experienced orally (via a presentation, podcast, radio, television, etc.)
There were 200 people in the audience; 50 in the auditorium where the class was conducted; another 150 from around North America connected via video hook-up. (We are grateful to our client, who gave permission to post the video, but who asked for anonymity.)
