Logos Institute executive director Helio Fred Garcia contributed a chapter, "Effective Leadership Response to Crisis." Editor A. V. Bala Krishna is a Faculty Associate at the ICFAI Research Center of ICFAI University. He is experienced in strategic and international marketing for the telecom, automotive, and publishing sectors. The book begins with an overview of broad principles of crisis management, and then focuses on particular crisis case studies, including Dell, Coca Cola, Daimler Crysler, JetBlue, Taco Bell, Bausch & Lomb, BP, and Mattel. Garcia's chapter originally appeared in the January/February 2006 issue of the peer-reviewed journal Strategy & Leadership which won the Highly Commended Award at the 2007 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence. |
